I’m wondering if the bridge will ever be rebuilt.

The feds have already said they’d send the money - most of which will disappear into the corrupt politicians pockets.

Reminds me of the high speed rail in California - 16 years, billions of wasted dollars and not a single inch of track has been built (was supposed to fully open in 2020).

No, no. Lots of miles of track have been put down. Not connecting anywhere, but that was not the goal. There were two main goals: big pot of taxpayer $$ to skim, and seizure of farm land along right of way — to be sold to investors.

Is is all about money for the already rich.

That non-commie trash had their farming businesses trashed was just gravy.

Well the bridge is considered a part of the interstate highway system so it’s kind of federal responsibility to rebuild it. It usually was 90% fed 10% state. Maybe it will be altered by the shipping company’s insurance.
