If Europe is going to worry about who is going to attack them, it should be the country that took out the Russian gas pipe line.
By now they know who that is and they know it is not Russia.
The attack on that pipeline was both an attack on Russia and Europe.
My first guess would be the US CIA for the organization responsible for the attack.
Of course it is the CIA, the KBG er ah FSB, is just a benevolent bunch of boy scouts , sigh
