It doesn’t matter who did it, it matters who Russia thinks did it and that’s US & Ukraine. No way does Putin allow this to go unanswered.
Except Putin knows that the US and Ukraine did not do it. He is just using it as an opportunity to garner support for his aggression against Ukraine.
