I have a brother that worked on that technology for Raytheon, so we have them too. They strap tail fins and a control device on an old thousand pounder and guide it several miles into a smokestack if needed.

“Hopefully, the Russians will completely disable the electric grid in Kharkiv, force a mass exodus from it and take it over.”
Yeah, they’ve pretty much shut it down at this point, and will finish the job when it makes sense. Hard to see how civilians can then live there. Such a bummer for Ukraine to have to suffer through this horrific Neocon War.

Exactly !
We have had Zeeper clowns on here tell us how bombing the infrastructure of a country is a “war crime”, how invading a country and attempting Regime change is the worst “aggression ever”, that using the military to sever a province and move the border is the worst “anschluss” ever - all done by NATO repeatedly in the last 25 years !

Exactly. The old Kremlin Bolshevik genocide book chapter and verse. What can’t be stolen is destroyed. What free people can’t be subdued are mass murdered.
America Last Populists couldn’t care less about Americans who will lose good energy export jobs should Russia “prevail” and business as usual return between the WEF EU and Putin’s Nazi traited Russia.

From the article -
“... as it hit apartment blocks in the country’s second largest city”
Who lives in apartment buildings? Civilians.
Who deliberately targets apartment buildings? Russia.

You are unable to separate the abstract, do-gooder emotion from REAL interests. So you're on the "do-badder" team, right?

If a large bomb only killed one person, my guess would be that the target was not civilians.
If we take Mariner's comment at face value, 5 m cep means they hit the building they aimed at. And an apartment building is almost certainly a civilian target.
only one death doesn't mean much. 19 injured makes the casualty count much higher than how you're trying to frame it. Could have been low occupancy in the building. Maybe it was during the day when most people aren't home. But low casualties doesn't mean it was a military target...
To: BJ1
These USA didn’t directly target civilians. Firebomb targets were military and industrial. There’s a difference between collateral and direct targets.

“Who lives in apartment buildings? Civilians”.
Also HAMAS, Hezbollah, PLO, ISIS, IRGC, PIJ, PLF, PFLP, Ansar Al-Islam.
Lots of murderous filth live in apartment buildings, and hospitals, UN buildings, cockroaches are very adaptable.

Oleh Synehubov, the regional governor of Kharkiv, said: “It seems that the Russians decided to test their modified bombs on the residents of the houses.”
Yeah right. Waste a bomb on a house.
