Crap reporting by the media, as always. Went and looked up the hours. Stores close at 7pm, the theatre there is liable to be open past 10. Chances are a group loitered after the movie let out and things went subsequently sideways.

Of course, the stores were closed, but the theater was open and the “juveniles” heh, may have been out front on the street.
