JUST IN: David Pecker just testified that Trump was a very good man, and the first one to congratulate him on his successes. Heās not saying that Trump, Cohen, and him hatched a plan to bury any negative stories about Trump.
According to Pecker, if he heard anything about women telling stories, heād notify Mr. Cohen. He informed Trump heād be his āeyes and ears.ā
Does anyone see anything yet that constitutes a serious crime where a leading candidate and former President needs to be prosecuted? Do you think Trump is the only candidate burying negative press?

Yes, Jane, Newsmax reported that Pecker’s testimony went rather well for President Trump; Pecker even called our great RPOTUS a “good man.”

To clear up any confusion as to what Special Counsel Jack Smith sought to conceal in classified documents case, this is what Smith told Judge Cannon in Feb 2024 in response to Trump’s motion to compel discovery from numerous govt agencies:
1) Defendants are not entitled to discovery of internal government correspondence and memoranda, or to documents that are otherwise privileged.
2) The Court Should Deny Defendantsā Requests for Evidence of ‘Improper Coordination with NARA’ and of ‘Bias and Investigative Misconduct.’
3) The Court Should Deny Defendantsā Requests for Evidence Related to Trumpās Security Clearance With The Department of Energy.
4) The Court Should Deny Defendantsā Requests for Evidence Related to Secure Facilities at President Trumpās Residences.
5) The Court Should Deny Defendantsā Requests for Production of Materials Concerning the Search of Mar-a-Lago.
AND FINALLY:
6) Defendantsā Request for Unredacted Discovery of Materials Should Be Denied.

Started to listen to Julie Kelly—then Mike Davis popped up on Newsmax.
Bianca de la Garza pointed out that Daniels is supposed to be paying President Trump for falsely alleging an affair.
Mike actually DARED TPTB to jail President Trump because it would GUARANTEE his win in November.
They talked about the SCOTUS Immunity hearing Thursday and Davis stressed how the it’s much bigger than about one president (Trump)
*****Praying that SCOTUS signals support for Immunity, which hopefully would derail Jack Smith’s J6 DC case & docs trial in Florida*****
Doubt it would have any impact on the current Hush Money trial.
I did catch Julie’s point that President Trump likely had NO involvement in packing up the boxes of documents and other items when he was leaving, saying basically other people were there to handle things like that.
Sure, Jack ... all of the above apply ... ONLY if you’re in a Kangaroo/Banana Republic Court.
