The whole premise of any ‘damage’ caused to NYS as a result of bank loan collateral proposed by Trump for any load is hugely improper. It suffered NO damage nor could have.

I have not read the court file, but typically the bond principal does not file a finacial statement, power of attorney, etc. I am near certain that the idiots at Newsweek are referring to the surety (the company writing the bond). I suspect the person uploading the bond only uploaded the bond, but not the surety financial statement and power of attorney. Happens all the time in haste.

Disregarding your judgemental statement, and regarding your answer that you cannot name one illegal thing Trump has done, tell us, why, after eight years of searching with the best investigators known to the U.S. government looking for something, anything illegal Trump has done in his 70+ years have they failed to find it?
I think conservatives do see it that way, but liberals are the kind of people who can watch it happen, have the government state why it happened and say they can do it to anybody, but the liberal will think he is somehow immune from that.
The liberal is wrong. They will do it to them The liberal sees the Clinton’s Obamas and Biden’s with a ton of money and they vote for them to be in the club. To get money they don’t earn. Then they end up being poor and enslaved.
