I’d think that would fall under double jeopardy… because they’re the same properties they’ve already convicted him of lying about.

Now here’s one even better - they already have the financial statements of his properties from the court case and denied his valuations. Do they think the property values have CHANGED in the last 3 months?

This is all just high treason.
