It looks like there was some shoving but the two guys walk off rather calmly in opposite directions.
Is there any proof that a shot actually was fired at all?
So many questions.
After the collision, did they police department set up perimeter and search for the alleged gunman? This would be routine...
Why did the video stop after the collision? Did the Chief, after the collision get out, pull his gun and take cover due to the alleged gun suspect being directly across the street from the collision? The camera would have clearly depicted that, but the video just stopped at that critical time!
