I think he’s a gay democrat sleeper agent. They do play the long game and have taken over every institution over the past 40 years. Why would we expect the repub party to not be one of those institutions? I wouldn’t be surprised if 30% of repubs aren’t really dems.
Repubs are so intimidated by Democrat / Elite disapproval that they do whatever they want.
And “oppose” them on fringe issues.
