Let me give you another example. I was in Korea at the Pusan airport going to pick up a colleague. As I drove in a driver thought I was going through the airport and turned his car into me and took out the right side of my car. Skid marks proved his movement. The guy spoke broken English. He was laying blame on me for the accident. He stated, "Your fault." I replied with a firm question of; "My fault?? NO!" The Korean then told the Policeman "He said my fault." Because I said the words "my fault?" it meant I was guilty because I admitted it was my fault in his logic.
This is a corrupt DA, a corrupt Judge and we are about to get a Democrat corrupt jury in a corrupt city in a corrupt state in a corrupt country! There is no way President Trump gets a fair trial in that city.
“I shot the clerk???” ;-)
Like that scene from My Cousin Vinnie where the young Billy Gambini was being questioned by the sheriff and the sheriff said 'you shot the clerk.' Billy replied in a typical New York questioning intonation: "I shot the clerk?"
Later at trial, the sheriff is testifying and he pulls out his interview notes, and in a statement-of-fact monotone reads "the suspect replied 'I shot the clerk.'"
