The trial involving former President Donald Trump and alleged hush money payments resumed Friday with jury selection for the fourth day. So far, 12 jurors and one alternate have been seated amid challenging proceedings that saw the dismissal of two jurors.

One potential juror was excused after revealing connections to former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and Michael Cohen, Trump’s former personal attorney. She disclosed that her father is a lifelong friend of Christie and she works at the same company as Cohen’s son, which led her to question her impartiality. Cohen is anticipated to serve as a witness against Trump during the trial.

They know he will be convicted in that NY kangaroo court, and they also know it will be thrown out on appeal. They just want to damage Trump (and he will be damaged goods with some independents) as much as possible anyway.

If by chance a normal human gets on the jury, any thoughts of being the lone holdout for acquittal will be dashed with the realization that they’ll be doxxed, hounded, threatened and their lives forever ruined.

That’s true look at the Oncology nurse who was thrown off the jury yesterday..yes she was anti Trump, but what is weird is if her friends were telling her to convict Trump, I doubt she would have reported it, she would have kept her mouth shut, so I wonder why she even said anything..unless even though she did not like Trump, maybe she was considering acquitting him and her friends/family told her you better convict him or else
Someone on a call-on show suggested change of venue. Cannot be done. It is not federal, it’s New York City only. Not even upstate NY.
