The Sheetz convenience store chain has been hit with a lawsuit by federal officials who allege the company discriminated against minority job applicants.

Sheetz Inc., which operates more than 700 stores in six states, discriminated against Black, Native American and multiracial job seekers by automatically weeding out applicants whom the company deemed to have failed a criminal background check, according to U.S. officials.

President Joe Biden stopped by a Sheetz for snacks this week while campaigning in Pennsylvania.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed suit in Baltimore against Altoona, Pennsylvania-based Sheetz and two subsidary companies, alleging the chain's longstanding hiring practices have a disproportionate impact on minority applicants and thus run afoul of federal civil rights law.

Sheetz consistently ranks among the top 100 companies in the U.S. as a great place to work.

If they fight this case it will likely end up in front of a Pennsylvania jury. They stand a very good chance of winning outright against the Biden Gestapo.

And these are terrible optics for Biden in PA — in an election year.

I see a business opportunity here.

I’m going to hire a bunch of white people with criminal records. Their only “job” will be to apply for jobs so companies like Sheetz can inflate the numbers of their white job applicants rejected for employment due to a failed criminal background check.

I wonder where I can find a financial backer to get this off the ground. :-P

Because a much higher percentage of felons happen to be ‘of color’. Checking for criminal records has a ‘disparate impact’. It would be akin to requiring them to pass a reading or math test to get a job.

The same principle holds for women who wish to become firefighters. More women will fail the ‘drag a 250 lb man to safety than men, so the test has to go.

It’s even worse than that, vast majority of murderers are male, you are including males and females of that demographic. Closer to 7% responsible for 50% of murders.

In my working career I can recall two instances of black employees being criminally prosecuted.

At a company I consulted with a black female employee took the SSN’s from employee time cards and opened credit card accounts.

A defense contractor I worked had a black QC technician and his black female assistant who sold proprietary business process information to a foreign company in Turkey.

Without realizing it for every decision we make in life we look 10 or 12 moves ahead for risks and ramifications. Blacks are crime prone because it seems they can’t reason past that first move of gratification.
