Former President Trump’s legal team says it tried to serve ex-pornographic actress Stormy Daniels with a subpoena as she arrived for an event at a bar in a New York City bar last month, but she refused to accept it.
A process server working for Trump’s lawyers said he approached Daniels with papers demanding information related to a documentary recently released about her life and involvement with Trump but was forced to "leave them at her feet," according to a court filing made public Wednesday.

Do you honestly believe that if the judge won’t let Trump go to his sons graduation, that the polls will show a big improvement for Trump, now people might get mad and explode as you described but movement in the polls I doubt seriously, people who are voting Biden will not change their vote because of that as a matter of fact people voting for Biden probably hoping for that to happen.
If you can prove that someone refused to accept a subpoena, its the same as if they accepted it.

In the link, there is the twitter account from where this information is posted. Crazy but I absolutely believe it. Now, Stormy has admitted the ‘affair’ never took place.
