Communist Party rules...
What is it going to take to wake Californians up?
They are getting sick and tired of having their blood sucked out to support Cali crazy while at the same time the Cali crazies are destroying all quality of life in the state. Time to a 51% residency in Florida
Next up they will have your paycheck transferred to them and they will decide how much of it you deserve and keep the rest.
Opportunity for poors to become digital currency miners lol.
That is absolute dis-/mis-information.
Californians may very well be awake, but the politicians own the system. Unless Californians are going to march on Sacramento and drag the politicians out and hang them, there really isn’t much to do. Most of Californians are Republicans, but they aren’t living where the liberals live.
Who is John Galt?
Yes, that is the reason.
Democrats have the population centre and they’ve created policies to drive out wealth creators, leaving Republicans, who still outnumber Democrats, but are too spread out to be able to do anything about it.
Um, how will the utility get people’s income information?
“Um, how will the utility get people’s income information?”
exactly ... and how will they know when it changes, like when someone loses their job?
All the illegal “Newcomers” will get dirt cheap electricity...Everyone else will have to pay up and bend over.
The government will provide it to them from your income tax return

Read the article before posting.
From tax filings
I think Jonty30 references the largest parts of the state
that are run by Republicans. (or they used to be, things
are changing). It may seem (or more accurately, used to
seem) that most of the state is Republican based on this
land mass evaluation, but the fact is, 46% to 24% of the
state’s citizens are registered Democrat/Republican.
Let’s see what I can find on all this, linked below.
