That is simply legal fact as established at the United Nations and the International Court of Justice. Israel was confirmed as the aggressor. Its claim of a Premptive Strike was rejected. In international law, a claim of a preemptive strike is legal nonsense. Israel started the war as the aggressor. That it may have believed that it would have been attacked only shows that it was not attacked first.

Those things certainly happened. If Martians had invaded and took one's home and gave it to Martians, or bulldozed one's home and built a Martian settlement over it, I believe one just might be peeved about it.
