Five West Virginia middle school students who protested a trans athlete's participation in a shot put competition have been banned from future competitions. Becky Pepper-Jackson, 13, competed in the Harris County Middle School Track and Field Championship on April 18, two days after a federal appeals court ruled West Virginia’s transgender sports ban violates the teen's right under Title IX. Five girls from Lincoln Middle School stepped up to the circle for their turn, then refused to throw the ball.
West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey has filed a lawsuit against the Harrison County Board of Education on the student's behalf after they were banned from future events. 'I will do everything in my power to defend these brave young girls. This is just wrong. We must stand for what’s right and oppose these radical trans policies,' Morrisey said on Monday.

OR...create another genre for trans-students. They can compete against one another between the schools. THAT will be so interesting when the BOYS are clearly outshining the GIRLS. But no, that would bring the truth to light and that cannot be, right?
The AG should be filing Criminal Charges instead for Encouraging Kiddie Porn and let all these administrators make their case to a Jury as to why young boys who have constant uncontrollable erections be allowed in the GIRLS LOCKER ROOMS.

My sister home schooled in Tampa. All 3 who excelled in college as well. The home schoolers had their own sports program and competed, quite well I might add, against the public school teams. That won’t prevent them having to compete against trans in the public arena, but it’s a start maybe?
Who cares? Sports is overrated Play so you know how to hit a volleyball, swing a racket, swim, skate, row a kayak

Biden is wielding the biggest club…federal lawsuits against local school districts. Local school districts are scared to death of getting hit with a massive DOJ lawsuit. Even if they win, the legal fees will kill them.
It comes down to Biden, Obama and Garland are pure evil.

Close down the sports programs, and the problem goes away.
This whole idea of having boys and girls compete separately in government-funded schools was inevitably going to face an inherent dilemma. There's simply no way to reconcile segregated sports programs with current U.S. civil rights law.

In times past, the boys in the school would have beaten up the freak - with witnesses to claim they were elsewhere.

While I get the idea, by the teen years even a eunuch is substantially stronger than most females, making it still an unfair competition.

Change the narrative Male/Female are biological. Gender is social. Just label all facilities with XX or XY and be done with it. Add humor to it Poles or Holes.
Just like there is NO way to reconcile murdering babies. There is a completely irreconcilable divide in America on lots of fronts.
