President Donald Trump is leading President Biden in five critical, toss-up swing states — all of which Biden had won in 2020, a new set of polls revealed.
Surveys by The New York Times, Siena College and The Philadelphia Inquirer found that Trump was more popular than Biden among voters in Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, Georgia and Pennsylvania, while Biden led among voters in only one battleground state, Wisconsin.

Many of the voters polled even admitted that even while they dislike Trump, he would be the candidate to drive much-needed change.
Trump and Biden are currently tied among 18 to 29-year-olds and amongst Hispanic voters, even though over 60 percent of the demographic voted for Biden in 2020.
Trump has also secured 20 percent of Black voters’ support — the highest level of Black support for any Republican presidential candidate since the Civil Rights Act of 1964, according to the Times’ poll....

The George Soros funded District Attorney’s prosecutors have entered the courtroom, sans Alvin Bragg. They are greeting the media with “good mornings”.
Matthew Colangelo has entered the courtroom. He is the former Biden Justice Department senior official who has taken an unprecedented demotion to become an Assistant District Attorney.

He is joined by his legal team Susan Necheles, Todd Blanche, Emil Bove as well as Eric Trump Senators JD Vance, Tommy Tuberville, the AG’s of Iowa and Alabama and senior advisors Boris Epshteyn, Natalie Harp, Jason Miller, Karoline Leavitt, among others.

The prosecution has called Michael Cohen to the stand first.

Cohen did not look in the direction of President Donald J. Trump.
Michael Cohen has answered in the affirmative with his hand on the Bible to the question: “Do you solemnly swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help you God”?

The prosecution is now questioning Cohen with regards to his background, where he went to college, what he studied, why he wanted to become a lawyer, which he says he did not, he wanted to become a Wall Street Banker.
Cohen now being questioned about his Taxi Medallion investments.
Now being asked about Real Estate investments in the 90’s including investments in Trump properties.
ADA asks Cohen if he sees Mr. Trump in court today. He says he does and is asked to identify him by an article of clothing President Trump is wearing. Cohen has to stand up to see President Trump and points out POTUS45’s “blue and white tie.”
Cohen now answering how he met Mr. Trump, he says they met through Don Jr.
The ADA is now asking serial perjurer about a bill from 17+ years ago and asks if Mr. Trump ever paid this legal bill.
Cohen says he did not.
Cohen says after negotiations to work for Donald Trump, they agreed to a salary of $375,000 plus bonus to be discussed.
Cohen says he moved into Ivanka Trump’s old office on the 26th Floor.
