The cops treated them like a good parent treats a petulant child. Gave them plenty of warning to knock off their temper tantrum, then slowly took away their toys, the sent them their rooms… then brought them food and milk and gave them a good talking too (yes they didn’t even take them into the jail they processed them outside the jail, fed them, and cut them loose with a notice to appear misdemeanor charge). I am skeptical that the LA City Attorney would actually file charges against Hamas supporters...City Attorney usually would handle misdemeanor cases...
But, I do believe that most of those arrested will not return to UCLA campus to set up tents again...
