GOP Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene's attempt to shame the so-called "uniparty" of pro-Ukraine Republicans and Democrats has backfired.
During a Wednesday press conference on her plan to remove Speaker of the House Mike Johnson from leadership over the passage of $61 billion in Ukraine aid, Greene displayed a blue and yellow "MUGA" ("Make Ukraine Great Again") hat, a reference to the MAGA slogan often associated with former President Donald Trump.

Johnson said during a Wednesday interview on the NewsNation program The Hill that he does not believe Greene is a "serious lawmaker," adding that he does not "spend a lot of time thinking about" the congresswoman and was prepared to "let the chips fall where they may."
Why do so many Politicians want to support The Ukraine?
Could The Ukraine be their supplier of women, children, drugs and campaign cash?
It’s the backdoor donations. I don’t know the percentage, but whatever go to the Ukraine gets donated back to the politicians through the back door.
It’s the same with any government program that has vendors. Those vendors send a certain amount of their profits back to the politicians, in exchange for a guaranteed contract.

Not sure about the other things, but I believe cash is the #1 reason. The taxpayer money (ours) gets sent to Ukraine, goes through the laundry, and then is returned to the pols all nice and clean.
I have heard stories about child sex trafficking and Ukraine’s involvement in it.

They haven’t demonstrated how this has “backfired”. MTG doesn’t expect to be able to remove Johnson nor does anybody else. What they can do however is force the Democrats to save him.....to show their hand from behind the curtain holding Johnson’s puppet strings.
This can then be used to primary him in 2 years. They’re stripping away his camoflauge and showing everybody what a controlled uniparty RINO he really is.
If you were able to take a little wider view, you could see that by helping Ukraine, the American enemy Russia is diminished and put down.
Russia is an active member of the axis of Evil that includes Iran and the surrogates Hamas, Hezbollah and Houthi’s.
The Axis of Evil in the form of the Hothi are currently engaged in trying to destroy US Navy vessels in the Red Sea. Iran is dedicated to killing America.

If it's possible to slide money from foreign aid into politicians' wallets they will do it. And given the government's disincentives to investigate itself there will be no evidence and no prosecutions. Ever.
Given the current caliber of loser self-promoting politicians I don't believe for one minute this "generosity" of foreign aid is anything to them but a retirement plan.

Ukraine is more corrupt than Haiti but you don’t see any money going to help the Haitians. Why is that? Is it because Ukraine is filled with White people and the Globohomo’s don’t care for Haitians?

Anyone seeking to govern and get things done rather than assuming a leadership position just to say no is going to fail. Jordan will fail if selected and doesn’t seek to lead and govern. Scalise will fail under the same conditions. It’s a delicate balancing act and we end up being a bunch of back benchers.
