Trump is on trial for having won the 2016 election. Most likely all of the jurors voted for Hillary in 2016, so they will vote to convict.

The question is whether the Democrats are bold enough to try to jail Trump after the verdict or will be content with being able to say he is a convicted felon. That might cost Trump a few million votes.

Correct. Their goal is creating the optics. Never mind that the bogus charges will be ultimately reversed or thrown out/overturned. They know that most voters are too lazy or too busy to double check for those pesky things like facts or truths. They’ll take what they’ve been told by lamestream media and act or vote on it.
