It’s the Democrat mindset. They are the party that created Jim Crow. The are the party that created the KKK. They are the party that kept the black Americans in slavery.
They have never ‘progressed’ beyond that way of thinking.
The elite Dems still believe that black Americans are living in shanty towns and using outhouses. They never got past the Civil Rights era.
The Black Democrats at the top will not disabuse the White Democrats of their notions because it puts grift in their pockets............................
