“She’s talking about ‘he was bigger and blocking the way.’ It’s all the MeToo buzzwords. She said, ‘There was an imbalance of power for sure.’ ‘My hands were shaking so hard.’ She said she blacked out. Blacked out? She’s a porn star!” Maher exclaimed.
“Do you really think she blacked out? A porn star is used to having sex with people she doesn’t [like],” he went on. “I just think she’s not a good witness.”..
Maher has long been an ardent Trump critic, though earlier this month on his “Club Random Podcast,” in which he typically drinks and smokes weed during candid conversations, Maher vowed that he “won’t go f—ing nuts again” if Trump wins...

I’m hoping that they are just stupid. But get smart when the defense side starts. Have they mentioned any witnesses yet? Good grief. We had the prosecutor giving witnesses half way through jury selection. We haven’t heard crap from trump’s defense.
He’s been back to tossing us a bone recently. He just ripped
Canada to shreds. Long overdue too.
I’ve seen three or four shows where he just ripped the left
up and down for their lunacy.

I’m going to assume this tape will be played at the trial - even New York Trump haters have the right to see sex worker porn ‘stars’ often lie.
If you watch the tape it's amazing. The above article is confusing the two interviews (the one in 2018 with Maher and the 'in court one from this week. Watch the 2018 - it's an eye opener.
Getting a clear win in Manhattan is a coin toss, even with this diaper stain of a case.
