The BATF was serving the search warrant for possible firearms violations on Beck. When did they lie?

Would this be the same coroner who did the autopsy on Vince Foster??? Or Ron Brown??? Since there was question "from the kops" as to who shot the policeman, odds are good that the bullet passed thru...Hence, NO BALLISTIC EVIDENCE...

Like we keep saying, Don't destroy the evidence before an independent expert can examine it...

Do you actually want us to believe that someone from the BATF, FBI, or Federal Marshalls needs to be present at a standard home search/arrest???...The County Sheriff's office is no longer qualified to do these things???

The initial reports claimed that the warrant was a "sealed" warrant...What's that mean??? Does that mean that Beck wasn't allowed to actually see the warrant???

Felony firearms violations? Sounds alot like the media claims that he broke the law concerning "weapons stockpiling". Just for the record, in the burned out rubble of his home they found an AK, an AR, a shotgun, and a really dangerous .380 pistol. Thats one heckuva weapons stockpile.

Two more questions. Didn't the Phoenix PD shoot one of their own last month and vigorously blame some guy they shot to death? Also, was it Fred Zain who confirmed the ballistics?

The ATF initially claimed they were serving a warrant for Beck impersonating a Federal Marshall. At least, that is what their spokesperson released to the media.
