Back in the mid-70's when I lived in Melbourne, Florida, this orange/red dust (feox) would settle all over my clean car.

Fairbanks is a dusty town. Windblown dust from the glacial areas is constantly settling on us, piling up deep. They call it loess. It gets into houses, covers the interiors of cars, and slicks up the roads. Those who enjoy dusting furniture never run short of things to do.
