To: plain talk
Man this just shows you what a difference Bush has made. Does anyone think people would be saying such politically incorrect remarks about murdering a foreign leader if the Clintonistas were still running the show. The combination of Bush's cabinet and 9/11 has brought back some sanity (at least for a while).

Come on, guy- you can't give Bush credit for everything! This was John McCain at his best, plain and simple. He's got his faults, as we all know- but there are moments where he really shines. I especially think his backing of Israel has been awesome throughout this whole thing. Interesting that the conservative AND liberal media have largely ignored this, respectively.

I agree that McCain does shine from time to time. But Bush gets the credit for setting the tone which gave McCain the freedom to say what he wants. As I recall few of those Congress critters (including McCain) were saying much about tax cuts until Bush came in. So Bush is leading and they're following.
