First Dachle says that the antrhax was militarized and very deadly. Then the feds say that it was normal antrhax and not military. Now, whoops, guess it had a coating after all!

I am rapidly loosing patience with the govenment incopetence and/or attempted cover-up. Giving an answer of "We know who did it and will respond at a time and place of our choosing" is an acceptable answer. Giving an answer of "Our investigation is continuing and we have no comment at this time" is accetable, but too late to use now. Giving an answer of "This is 'garden-variety' antrhax " or "He drank from a moutain stream" is a lie and unacceptable. Even worse is the ever-changing question of the coating which makes it look like the government wouldn't recognize miltary-grade antrhax if they got it in the mail.

Mega ditto bump. I too find their floundering response to the anthrax attacks very troubling, almost more than the [anthrax] attack itself. They look like Barney Fife. Does it bother anyone that they are suddenly talking about watering down the smallpox vaccine? Looks like trouble to me.
