On MSNBC this morning, Ashleigh Banfield referred to the President as 'Bush'.

Only reason I had switched over from FOX was because they do this program on Saturday mornings about the cost of the war. I don't need that right now. Let's win the damn thing before we have a reckoning.

It doesn't anger me when President Bush is called "Bush" but it sure as hell does when they call him "Mr. Bush".
