"There are valid grounds to investigate men of Middle Eastern descent to deter future terrorist atrocities." Is there valid ground to do this to all the men in Oklahoma and Indiana?

Is there valid ground to do this to all the men in Oklahoma and Indiana?Do you see masses of men from Oklahoma and Indiana raging through the streets screaming "death to America"?

Absolutely!! If it had been established that only men from Oklahoma and Indiana had declared war on our home soil, then all men from these states should expect to be under closer scrutiny. And they should accept that it would be a waste of time and energy to interrogate people from other states!
In other words, they need to see the reason behind it and learn to live with it. I'm not willing to risk my next air flight on someone's foolish notion of political correctness.
And if I saw a man I knew to be from Oklahoma hovering around the waterways that feed my drinking water, or any number of potential threats, then I would damn sure call in the Feds.

Is there valid ground to do this to all the men in Oklahoma and Indiana? It would most surely be valid, if it was reasonably believed that group could assist in an investigation. That would hold up in court, too.
Try a more realistic example. Say a church congregation was harboring a child molester, by their silence. It would be valid to interview every member of the congregation.

The people from Oklahoma and Indiana are citizens. The people coming from all of the countries listed in the interviewing lists are NOT citizens, therefore, they do not enjoy the same rights. For instance, because they are here legally on a visa doesn't give them right to vote.
