What cooperation have we had from Arabs since 911?

Well for one, we haven't been expelled from our Saudi Arabian bases while we attacked Afghanistan. It may not be much, but it is convenient. If we go slowly we may be able to continue to use those bases while we mount an assault on Iraq.

Turkey has offered token troops in Afghanistan. They have to contend with a Muslim component of their population.

As soon as it is perceived to be a West vs. Muslim conflict, then moderate elements in many of the Arab countries, such as Egypt, will not be able to maintain the neutrality of their countries.

Islamic extremists may even be able to pull off a coup in Pakistan.

All I'm saying is that this war business is going to be a LOT easier if we don't wind up fighting everybody at once over there.
