Do you have an article citation for this? I know that they manage to sneak up othe postal classes (except the junk mail 2nd class) and they eliminated 3rd class (4th class is bookrate) every hike. I really like it how the policy for Priority Mail has gone from 2lbs 2ozs 2 days "guaranteed" to "usually" 2-3day delivery (I had a priority mail package take three weeks to arrive this year). This seems just to be a way to make more money off the ebay crowd if minimum postage for a package goes over $5.
