We have NEVER been fined or punished for breaking an NCAA rule! ALL team members are REQUIRED to do memtoring work with troubled teens. ALL team members are required to work within the community somehow. Those who break the rules are out. And those who break the rules are hardly EVER from Nebraska, they usually are imported from another state!
