"However, after the United States pulled out of the pact in March, Japan questioned whether there was any meaning in ratifying it without the world's biggest industrial power -- and polluter -- on board. "

I thought that China was the number 1 polluter? Any way, good article, proves that maybe humans are not causing "global warming".

We need more gas. The Northern Hemisphere is getting cold. The Southern is heating up. Something must be wrong.

I thought the USSR was the world's biggest polluter. After all, they had Chernobyl, and regularly dumped nuclear waste into the ocean....

Could there be something going on that isn't being shown on TV? Like old fashioned diplomacy?

That's it! Announce that you have no intention of abiding by treaty restrictions and then announce your plan to ratify the treaty. And the morons in the media, the euroweenies, and socialists call President Bush a hypocrite for not signing a treaty that is not in our interest. Too funny!

Hell, China was not even a part of the Kyoto Treaty. I just love how these articles failed to ever mention that the US produces more than any other country as well. I guess they are going to have to change the name now are'nt they?
