Go to
dictionary.com and look up the word CULTURE.
After learning the definition of the word CULTURE, if you still have questions on the relationship between culture and race...I think some research into the subject will answer any other questions that you might have.
You see, if you totally disagree with my statement that "Culture is an expression of race" then it will be a waste of both of our time to debate the subject; however, it is never a waste of time to research/study a subject.

RE:"Culture is an expression of race"
By that reasoning then, Americans are a race, because like it or not, we have a distinctive culture.
We get immigrants, they assimilate (or used to) and we absorb whatever "cool" cultural stuff they bring along that's absorbable.
The stuff you're talking about smacks of that whole "blood culture" B.S. that implies that a chinese kid raised in the state will grow up eating dog and banging a gong every time he enters a room, or other crap, like that an american black kid adopted by white parents needs to be raised according to his "birth/blood culture" - when that whole idea in and of itself is more Nazi like than anything I've ever heard Buchannon say.
As if to say that Barbecues, Rock&Roll and Blues music are anything but American.
Besides the only only other distinctive "race" Homo Sapiens ever shared space with were the Neanderthals and we either crossbred them out of existance or ate them all - don't know which, I wasn't there.
It's all irrelevant fluff anyway.
