I studied art in the 60s ...we read a book called "The End of Art"..It was all the rage In the 80s there was a huge art boom

Oh sure, art is alive and well if you enjoy viewing crucifixes in urine or multiple images of soup cans.

The sad thing is that there are conservative and religious artists who do good work but never get attention or NEA funding. Interesting?
