Some questions.

1.) Will this ship like a condo/co-op/time-share or homeowners association?
2.) Whose civil and criminal laws will apply?
3.) How much of the ship will be set aside for producing drinkable water?
4.) How much of the ship will be set aside for waste treament facilities? Low rent district?

Your nose smells correctly, kemosabe.
I suspect these are the same jokers who where pushing that "Oceana" thing a few years ago.
I read about it for a while then lost interst when one report I'd read indicated they spent something like 5000 bucks on a model - a model that looked like they could have had a local high school drafting class build for about 15 bucks worth of foam board, a dollars worth of paint and a pizza (for the crew). (somehow having the model made in Norway made it Oh So much more...authentic.)
It's a crock.
