We have a grandson who sustained permanent brain damage from these "just makes sense to do it" practices. If you're a parent, wait until your child either: (a) exhibits a problem (and you don't need to wait for symptoms, you can have tests done.); or (b) is old enough and has shown to be healthy enough to take the vaccines.
We had another grandchild whose mother successfully resisted giving indiscriminate injections to her daughter. When the schools got really threatening, she silenced them by telling them it was against her religion.
