It's extrememly RUDE to dismiss his request. Shame on you. You might want to leave if you find his requests "burdensome."
She has basically said that if Jim does not spell out consequences then people will probably not follow his guidelines.
You then shoot back " how dare you not follow Jim's guidelines you rude person"
I don't know if you get it, but you are not being intellectually honest here. You are implying that she is posting garbage when in fact she is simply expressing concern over other people posting it and how to effectively get them to stop.
What "slander"? Buchanan thinks the Government should be in charge of making sure the "working man" has a job that is protected, and that our "national culture" is protected as well.
That's "fascism". I said nowhere that he wants to round up folks and put them in camps (although it would be interesting to hear the details of what he's going to do with all the "illegals"), just that his positions on issues is distinctly Fascist. That's a legitimate political label, and he fits it very well.
And the Libertine party does nothing but cry and scream about the destruction of the status quo, and when you press them for details, you get "legalize drugs." They are nihilists, simply put.
Again, I just point out what they do, and what they're for. If you interpret that as "slanderous" then you need to look up the meaning of the word.
What sort of other consequences could there be? Do you think Jim is going to come over to the posters house and force them to bed with out pudding after the first offense? Maybe for the second offense they get grounded?
It really isn't that complicated. If he doesn't want it here, its going to get yanked and if you insist on doing things that you have been asked not to do, then don't be surprised when you are not welcome to post here.
Why not have the "latest ten irrelevent threads that have been trashed because we are not a chat room" side bar?
People will figure out what to post and what not to post very quickly.
The absolute best chat roms I ever saw, were MSN chat rooms. They were by far the most versatile, and allowed many things, such as wav files, and other things. Now that I am on DSL, I am on Pacific Bell, so I can't get MSN anymore.
I've never disputed the numbers in your post #272. I've only addressed -- many times now --Bush's first year budget of 2002 and nothing else. Your post #272 does not address that, it only goes up to year 2000. Your remarks on Bush's first year budget have been incorrect -- something about budgets increasing at 3 times inflation. In the 2002 budget, the rate of spending is roughly equal to the rate of inflation plus the rate of population growth.
The record on what I've posted and what you've posted in this thread is looooong and it doesn't get removed -- so it can be seen over and over.
Lol ...
(P.S. Sorry.)
Well, I have not seen this, so I would not know. Maybe it is better. When I was on MSN, however, I found myself wasting a lot of time in the chat rooms. I just don't do it anymore.
