Nope!
We also had a "African" Frat that chained themselves together by the neck around campus as "slaves" and branded each other.

If it was the same frat that was at My college(and I strongly suspect it was) ours had all the pledges wearing matching uniforms with combat boots painted in the frat's colors. They would march together everywhere on campus, and until they were accepted in the frat , the pledges could only speak to their frat members , and only when spoken to. Reward for making it in was the recognition of your frat brothers, and you were branded with the frats greek letters. Although our university had strict anti hazing policies, the administration flat out refused to even question this frats practices. I'll freepmail you and see if it was the same frat, don't wanna mention it here!

Yeah, that is what I saw at U of Illinois. I saw a bunch of black guys dressed up in chains on COlumbus day... wait I mean "Indigeonous Peoples Genocide day".
They put the chains on themselves . I thought the irony was perfect since the same stupid leftist attitudes are what keep black people in chains of poverty and exclusion.
Unfortunately I also was studying engineering and had NO time to go make fun of them.

What do you mean by "African frat?" I belong to a fraternity, and we use Greek letters.
So, are you referring to a black Greek-lettered fratnerity, or a fraternity with an African name? Seriously. I wouldn't doubt it if there were a frat going by an African name.
I have a brand, too, by the way.
