I agree 100%!! Campaign Finance Reform has become nothing but an Incumbent Protection Act and goes against the very heart of the First Amendment!! I hear rumors that Dubyuh has pledged to sign it if it comes to his desk, but I believe he'll AT LEAST veto it once so as to renegotiate some of its provisions. So much of it is so blatantly-UNconstitutional that the DoJ ought to make the case that there is no way the POTUS will sign it without revising it and that'll take it until next year or longer to get back through the House and Senate and by then, hopefully, some of these spineless RINOs will be beyond the EnronFearFactor.
