Is anyone in 'charge', considering the possibility that the caged rats are playing 'head games'? I DO hope the fbi has ways to make sure that the lice-farmers they are babysitting, are NOT blowing smoke.
On one hand, it's a 'good' thing that there has been this alert issued. But, on the other, what if nothing comes of it???
