Governor Don Sundquist and others supporting the licensing law said it would ensure that workers who would otherwise drive regardless of their legal status would learn road laws, obtain insurance, and drive more responsibly if they had driver's licenses.After making the above statement, the governor was led away by his two white coated attendants.
