It's a sad day when I find myself having to defend a communist.
But it's an even sadder day when the UN can arrest a leader of a country
and put him in a show trial for moving against terrorists like the KLA.
It's not like there arn't plenty out there that actually HAVE wiped out millions of people in their country.
These actions against Milosevic are just to prop up and justify the bombing
that supported the KLA, bombing that virtually destroyed the country.
The UN has got to go.
This is a good example of why.

The UN has got to go. This is a good example of why.Actually one of Milosevic's beefs with the Court is that it isn't legitimate under UN rules. It was set up by a vote of the Security Council, not the General Assembly. Most of the member countries of the UN were strongly opposed to the bombing of Serbia, which is why NATO never sought UN authorisation. NATO is just using the UN as a figleaf for this tribunal.
