I think the 2nd one is the Navy's -57 testbed for the nose and fairing of the F22 Raptor. Everything gets simulated real-time. Just like they had the CD nozzle that was on the F22 on an F16 for tests.

I remember seeing this one at Ft. Rucker as a kid, c. 1967.
The AH-1 Cobra was just operational, this was the developmental next-generation attack helicopter that never went anywhere. I think it was the "Cheyenne", and that there's one at the rotary wing museum at Rucker (I was there 7-8 years ago).
