"This is problematic," said Dan Anders, a spokesman for the office, which regulates tax-exempt businesses in Illinois. "The forms were due in June, and over the last eight months, we have sent notices and contacted them by phone.

"An organization doing exceptionally well doesn't miss filings and jeopardize its entire way to survive. It makes you wonder if there is some kind of crisis."

Of course, it's all the right wing Conservatives fault.

One can only hope that the State Of Illinois has the balls to do what the IRS won't do.

Being a resident of Illinois, I have my doubts though. Especially with Jim Ryan running for Governor. I have 20 bucks that says Ryan folds like a house of cards on this one.

Any takers?

"Things happen, and filings can be delayed for 30 to 60 days, but no matter how you cut it, eight months is well beyond the normal time,"

How much are they being fined for filing a late return? /sarcasm

"The right wing has seized government. ...

Well this is hardly news! Hillary warned of this phenomenon when Bill started having so many troubles that were brought on by those pesky right wingers. If JJ would listen instead of blabbling all the time this wouldn't have surprised him either!

Yeah, but would anybody like to take bets that these people would not have waited one minute past the deadline to close down any right-wing organization???? I cannot believe they have just sent notices for 8 months.

This should be real simple for IL to resolve. Send a notice to Jackass, certified & return receipt requested.

Send a copy to his girlfriend in CA. One look and her lawer will be putting on the pressure. Child support isn't cheap.

I hope for the sake of black Americans that the likes of JJackson are sent to the dustbin of history. He is holding back their path to prosperity(Other than his own & aquaintances).

I bet MLK is turning over in his grave.
