Thanks for the flag, Travis.

The excerpt reads great, and the storyline sounds quite plausible.

I have no doubt that the tyrants will eventually push things over the edge. It's just of question of how soon. At the current rate, it will be 5 years or less.

Other than the timetable, the only thing to be resolved is how will the pro-Freedom patriots respond? Will we endure tyrannical oppression, or will we fight it?

I have no doubt that the tyrants will eventually push things over the edge. No doubt at all. They might even help with a big push like my stadium massacre. And it might only take a small handful of bad actors to engineer the push.

It's just of question of how soon. At the current rate, it will be 5 years or less. I think a lot depends on unpredictable events, and who is sitting in the whitehouse. I'd say it could be anytime from two to ten years out, but it's coming sure as hell.

Other than the timetable, the only thing to be resolved is how will the pro-Freedom patriots respond? Will we endure tyrannical oppression, or will we fight it? I think there will be resistance. No matter what type of false flag Reichstag Fire is engineered, a substantial percentage of Americans will not believe it and therefore will not accept any new laws coming as a result.

The biggest problem in the end for would be tyrants is the ten to fifteen million accurate rifles (minimum) floating around in America. It will simply not be possible to enforce dictatorial laws against Americans when they can shoot back from 300+ yards, because it is impossible to put a big enough security perimeter around all of the tyrant's henchmen. It's hard enough to put a perimeter like that around a handful of key leaders, but the rest of the legislators supporting the tyranny would have the choice of living in underground bunkers or risking a single "bullet from nowhere" every time they scurry from armored limosine to secure facility. The price in the end will be too hard for them without resorting to extremely draconian measures, which they try to implement in my novel.

Actually it gives me shivers because it sounds(?) prophetic.
