Duje vu. Heard earlier tonight on Geraldo's show on Fox, the war correspondent that in Gadez said that the Afgani troops had given the Taliban and Al Queda time and opportunity to gather their dead. I almost fell off the couch. Another kiss and make up love affair.

Wake up U S Defense, get those guys out of there and fight your own war or we will be there forever. Whose war is this any way?

They can negotiate all they want, but while they are negotiating the bombs will fall. By the times the negotiations are about to conclude, I expect there will be 3 remaining Al Qaeda.

The Afghanis pulled the same stall tactic at Tora Bora. They obviously symphathize with al qaeda and taliban fighters trapped by the U.S. military forces. Shoot now and if they know whats good for them they will leave or else they should be considered taliban/al qaeda.

It seems to me the Afghans have been fighting so long they think of it as a game (hurling insults between mortar rounds, ect). If we kill all the opposing forces they will have no one to play with.
