Val....I like the pictures....Bosque County sure has a different looking courthouse!

Hill county--looks like the stone is tinged pink....is that limestone? What about McLennan?

Glen Rose with the clock tower, the front steps, and the windows reminds me of the Missoula county Courthouse...in Montana.

The Waxahatchie County courthouse was completely surrounded by scaffolding when I was there - and so was Hillsboro the last time I was there. A whole lot of renovating going on.

Texas is made of limestone. The whole place, I think *LOL* Close to it. Used to be a seabed.
