In California, all you need is a driver's license to register to vote. In order to get a DL, all you need is an address to establish your permanent residency.

It adds "legal" residency, permitting and granting all the benefits that you pay for while they can suck 'em up faster than you can pay for the same benefits.

Throughout the nation, this federal legislation *WILL* increase your tax burden. And, apparently you welcome this for criminal behavior. I will wager you pat your congress-critter's arse for increasing taxes not only on the federal level but also upon the state, county and local levels.
