You're right about that, but I can tell you they will have no reason at all to vote GOP if the next Rat president does this instead of Bush.

This takes away the Rat propaganda to the latins "they don't care about you etc."

Why is it so important to sway latino voters? If the Republicans want to change the shape of the future, it is through education. A voucher system for schools will do just that. As long as we have government control of education, the Democratic clones will be produced. Conservatism cannot win against a tide of brainwashed, bought and paid for voters.
